As a leading vacation property management company, nothing is more important to us than your health and safety.
As the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), continues to be a growing concern across the country, we are taking precautions to protect our guests and team members. We are closely monitoring reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Dare County Department of Health and Human Service to ensure we are aware of the latest guidance and information. For the most updated information on this virus, please refer to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) or your local health authority.
Our rental policy for upcoming guest arrivals:
We appreciate your patience as we have had to work through many details during this unprecedented time. We have changed our rental policy as follows: If the travel restriction currently in place by Dare County is not lifted prior to the end of your scheduled lease term with us, then we will provide a refund or a credit towards a future stay in the home you rented. Because we do not know when the travel restriction will be lifted, any refunds or credits will occur on a week by week basis, following the end of your planned stay. We thank you again for your understanding, and we sincerely hope this comes to an end quickly so that we can see you here at the beach soon.
Travel restrictions:
Dare County is currently under a travel restriction blocking visitor access to the Outer Banks as of, Tuesday March 17 at 2:00 pm.
Non-resident property owners will not be permitted access as of tonight, March 20 at 10:00 pm
Vacationers and property owners already on the Outer Banks are not being asked to leave. You are permitted to stay until the end of your planned vacation.
