I met a kiteboarder named Pascal in Boracay Philippines this past winter named Pascal from Montreal. He rode a Wainman quiver I cant remember his boards but I know he road a fat type of skim board.
He also looks like Steve Carell (not joking). Anyways if anyone knows him or if you see please send me a PM.
